If you play in science, the fruit fly eggs may produce a butterfly. Drosophila egg chambers were stained with Phalloidin to label actin(white), DAPI to label DNA(blue), and antibodies against E-cadherin (green) and Dlg (Red) to label junctional proteins. The original image was taken on a confocal microscope system (Carl Zeiss LSM 510 Meta/Axiovert 200M/2.48, 40× Plan-Neo objective), exported in 4 different color combinations and presented in a clover-leaf montage.
